Hello beautiful beings,
Today I share with you the mantra ‘Jai Guru’ - a mantra that opens us to the wisdom of the guru - that which dispels ignorance & darkness through wisdom in light. This mantra speaks to the Trimurti (Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma) & the energies of creation, perseverance, & destruction - or what is ready to be born, accepted, or released.
This mantra seems fitting for this week’s topic which is how do we ask for what we need - particularly in personal relationships. To do this we need to accept our needs, release our stories about the other, & take a step forward to ask for what we need & potentially give birth to a more respectful & understanding relationship. I’ll chat a little today about the steps in asking for what we need - but as walls, you find the full information for free on my blog.
As many of us are becoming more secluded in lieu of restriction - I hope these tips can help you find greater connection & joy with those that are closest.
An. As always if you are curious about working together I would be happy to chat with you. You are welcome to DM or book a free session here: https://inresonance.as.me/schedule.php
Let’s take care of each other these days.
