Hello Sweet Crew!

Today’s session is a little bit shorter focusing on what it is to have an embodied voice & share with you a song I wrote over the weekend called ‘This Body is My Temple”

After a sweet practice led by Alice Hong, this song came through with such a felt sense of everything. I don’t always hit that place of wholeness in voice but when I do, whether it’s in a song or a great discussion it is so powerful. And, I also very music recognize that often my voice or the voice of clients is limited when there’s a fear or a triggered nervous system. So, I want to talk a little today about not only what an embodied voice is but also how it supports up, & what challenges we might face in accessing it.

To support this theme I’d love to share a really effective practice for creating more felt connection in your voice. It’s quite simple & can be usually be easily translated into discussion & various forms of expression.

Finally, next week I will be (soft) launching ‘Embodied Voice’ which is a 1:1 coaching program designed to help women connect to their voice in a spiritual & embodied way. If you would like to be the first to get more info on this please DM me or leave a message in the comments.

As always a pleasure to connect with you all. Please feel free to connect, share comments, or just say hi.

Much love Xo Amy
