Today I want to share with you a song that feels like a homecoming for me, ‘Fields of Gold’( Eva Cassidy version). This song reminds me of where I’ve been, where I’m going, & somehow weaves together the pieces of my life... & my memories past & present of life on the farm.

This Canadian Thanksgiving & mental health awareness week it feels important to remember the connection between all of us & to foster that sense of this shared human family.

On Wednesday at 1 pm MDT I’ll be going live to discuss specific communication skills & tips we can use to help cultivate resilience in those we talk to ~ helping our friends, brothers, sisters, & even those we barely know recognize their inherent worth simply through simple communication techniques.
