Meet Amy
I specialize in helping people communicate with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). This combination allows me to help clients navigate difficult conversations, build healthier communication patterns, and develop a more grounded, authentic voice.
I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, both one-on-one and in group environments, helping them discover the transformative power of effective communication. I am also an experienced facilitator and have presented my work at Wanderlust, TEDx Calgary, and the MindBody Therapy Summit.

Several years ago, I was driving with my dad out to the family farm when I found myself circling back to one of the many raw moments between us - a moment that still felt painful and unresolved.
There was no blame. No defensiveness. Just an honest, vulnerable conversation where he listened, and then I listened.

In Resonance Method
In Resonance Coaching is based on the understanding that communication is strongest when your body and nervous system feel safe and connected. When that sense of safety is disrupted, it becomes harder to speak clearly, you might shut down, over-explain, freeze, or lose confidence in your message.
This method combines somatic practices from Somatic Experiencing® (SE), practical communication strategies, and vocal techniques to help you stay grounded and present in challenging conversations. Together, these tools support emotional regulation, build internal safety, and strengthen your ability to express yourself with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
