Hello Crew!
Stoked to be here with you again today! In light of Valentines coming up Sunday, I want to talk a little about communicating love & how we can bring more intimacy & connection in easy & simple ways. This is not about overcoming conflict but about preventing it, seeing each other, & cultivating connection. (I’ll be talking about conflict in relationships next week)
This week I chose to share the Gayatri mantra. This mantra comes form the Rig Veda & is considered the ‘Mother of the Vedas’. It supports us in being in the fullness of our Self. As you all know when you are in your self you will likely feel more connected in your relationship.
