Sweet crew,

To set the tone & intention for this week I’d like to share with you a mantra “Lokah Samastah Suhkino Bhavantu” which translates in Sanskrit as "May all beings everywhere be free from suffering and its causes. And let us take refuge together by making mindfulness our home".

Over the course of this week (& on my blog)I will explore how we can rebuild and repair what has been broken or lost with respect, care, and trust.

Please join me Wednesday at 1pm for an interactive FB Live where you can ask your questions & together we will go through 6 ways we can repair & rebuild our relationships.

Much love! A
