Today I want to talk about the myth of ‘letting go’ & how we find true release in the practice of letting gin & letting through. Of course, the topic totally lends to the angsty world of relationships so I will share with you Dreams (Fleetwood Mac) & close with a mantra that supports us in offering the truth of where we are to the wisdom of where we are going.
