Meet Amy
I've spent two decades helping sensitive, high-achieving people move through anxiety, self-doubt, and communication blocks, not by talking about them, but by working through them at the body level.
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Master of Clinical Psychology graduate, I bring a depth of training that blends nervous system science with real-world practicality. My own journey, from a quiet promise made in an ashram in India to TEDx Calgary and the MindBody Therapy Summit, taught me firsthand what it means to reclaim your voice and inhabit your life fully.

Several years ago, I was driving with my dad out to the family farm when I found myself circling back to one of the many raw moments between us - a moment that still felt painful and unresolved.
There was no blame. No defensiveness. Just an honest, vulnerable conversation where he listened, and then I listened.
A simple exchange that shifted our relationship.
This is a moment in Resonance.
